What are some Bucket Colors reset on the AR Aging?

Here are some possibilities: 
  1. The bucket balance for some reason went to $0.00, or were missing from the AR Aging export from your practice software, so our system regarded them as paid, and reset their color.
  2. These bucket balances were moved from one payer to another payer.   If so, the color will not transfer.
  3. Another user removed their color (either intentionally or accidentally).
