Set Up Your Account

Get started by selecting your personal and company-wide settings.

  • All users can set their personal settingsAdmin users can set company-wide settings.
    • To see if you're an Admin, go to Users > click on your name.  
    • Under Website Role, and check if you're set to Admin or Staff user.

 


All users

Customize the functionality on each page for yourself.  These are personal settings.

  1. Dashboard - click Subscribe by email to select when to receive the Dashboard by email

  2. Task Inbox, Workflows and AR Aging pages
    1. Click the eyeball to hide/display columns, and re-order columns (on the Task Inbox)
    2. Click the pin to pin the first 5 columns, so they're always visible when scrolling horizontally.  

 


Admin users

As an Admin user, you can setup your company's account in AR Proactive.  These are company-wide settings.

  1. Activate facilities

    1. Go to Settings
    2. Scroll to Facilities (at the very top of the page)
    3. In the "Active" column, click the blue toggle button to activate a facility
    4. Click Save at the bottom

  2. AR Aging setup

    1. Color labels for the AR Aging

      1. Go the AR Aging
      2. Click any Balance or Bucket amount to open the Balance/Bucket detail popup
      3. Click the bucket icon to open the color palette
      4. Click Edit color to
        1. add a text description to existing color,
        2. add new color labels,
        3. delete color labels, and
        4. re-order the colors in your palette 


    2. Create filter views for the AR Aging

      1. Filter the AR Aging by
        1. using the filter menu's at the top of column, or 
        2. click Filter > Custom Filter to create filter with "or / and" logic
      2. Click Filter > Save filter view

  3. Add company positions

    1. Go to Settings
    2. Scroll to Facilities (at the very bottom of the page)
    3. To add a company position, click Add Company Position
    4. To delete a company position, hover over the position and click the trash can



  4. Add other users

    1. go to the Users page
    2. click ADD USER

      Have a lot of users to add? 
      Download this Excel sheet, add Users, and email it back to workflows@arproactive.com, for us to add the Users.

    3. Enter their details 
    4. Click Save User which will also send them an email invite to login
