- A Workflow Template determines the Tasks that will be in the Workflows after they get triggered.

Create a Workflow Template
- login to ARproactive.com > Login > Workflow Automation
- go to Workflow Templates
- At the bottom of the page enter the Workflow name > click Add new workflow
- select if the Workflow is Attached to a Balance or a Resident
- click Add a Task
- Enter the Task name, Task description (these will appear in your User's Inboxes and Workflow screens)
- Select the Task Owner and Task Due Date
- To create a new Task Owner rule click Edit Rules . Contact workflows@arproative.com to schedule training on how to create Owner rules.
- To add more Tasks click Add a Task. You can add/edit Tasks later, as well.
- click Save Workflow
- To create an automatic Trigger: Trigger downdown > select Automatically (edit)
- Under New Trigger, using plain English, type in the "if-this-then-that" rule for triggering this workflow.
- click Save new trigger
