- Click "Create task" button on any page it appears
- Select what to associate the Task with.
- Tasks can be associated with Residents, Balances, or Buckets, and other objects.
- Enter a Task name and description
- Click "Assigned to" and select the name of the assignee.
- Enter the Due date
- Click Save
What happens next?
- This Task will appear in the Task Inbox of the person you assigned it to (the assignee).
- The assignee will also be sent an email telling them that a Task has been assigned to them. An email reminder will be sent 3 days before the Due date, and on the day of the Due date, if the Task is still in progress.
- The Task will not be listed in the notifications under the bell icon (at the top right of the screen). The bell icon is only for @ mentions, when users @ mention each other in notes.
