Bulk Update Workflows

Change the status and delete multiple Workflows 

  • You can update the status of multiple Workflows, instead of clicking "Done" on each Task.  You can also bulk Delete Workflows.  

    (If you need to update the status (or assignee) of individual Tasks, do that on the Inbox page.)

 

  1. Go to the Workflows page.
  2. Select the Workflow name from the dropdown at the top.  (If you want to filter further, use the column header filters to find the exact Workflows you want to update.)
  3. Find the Bulk Update column at the far left.
  4. Select the Workflows whose status you want to update. (Or check the box at the top of the column to select all visible residents.)
  5. Click the down arrow in "Bulk update" 

  6. To bulk update Status:
    1. Select Status and click a new status
    2. For Admins: you can select to update only the Tasks in the Workflow that are assigned to you.  (Your Task status colors appear bright.)  Or you can select to update all Tasks, even if assigned to other users.  (Other's Tasks status colors appears faded.)
    3. Enter an optional Note.  (This Note will be associated with each Task.  For example, you can say why you're changing the Task status.)
    4. Click "Yes, go ahead".  optional note
    5. The Tasks in the Workflows will now be updated to the new status.
  7. To bulk Delete
    1. Select Delete

    2. For Admins: you can select to delete only Workflows created by you.  Or delete all Workflows, even if they were created by other users.
    3. Click Next
    4. Click Delete on the confirmation popup
